By submitting a property to Lux Estate Film you confirm you have the right to use the photos and listing content you provide for marketing purposes.

Project scope, turnaround, and pricing are confirmed by email before production begins. Finished films are licensed to you for use on listings, websites, social media, and advertising for your property.

Lux Estate Film may display finished work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
